Nakano

Nakano is an original character I recently began developing further beyond character illustrations. She serves as the basis for a zodiac warriors concept story. These are a few of the first iterations of her as simple illustrations. This project is still in development and more concept pieces along with footnotes of important story elements will be added as I continue with this idea.

Nakano stands as the vessel of the spirit of the Ox, her fiery red eyes acting as the telltale sign of her possession. Chosen because of her patience and steadfast stubbornness, the Ox grants her gifts of strength and protection.
